E2 28-Day Challenge: Day 13
Ran for 30 minutes.
Breakfast: Natto w/ Green Onions on Quinoa.
Lunch: I gave CPK a hard time today. I feel kinda sorta bad. I was like...can I have a vegan, no oil dish. And they pretty much said they don't have...and the suggested that I'd get salad no dressing. So I did....and added avocado. I swear the walnuts and pears had oil...but they said no, so oh wells. LoL.
Dinner: I made Garlic, Onion, Kale, Asparagus, Grape Tomato Pasta...and veggie soup. The pasta below looks like there isn't much flavor and sauce, but it had lots. It's the veggie soup that I totally screwed up on. It tasted like water....I need to work on my soup making skills....a lot. LoL. For dessert I made these things....I don't even know what to call them...but again it was not a success. I'll have to figure out how to make vegan desserts with no oil.
