My E2 Approved Dinner! Vegan No Oil! [photo]


I gobbled up EVERYTHING and EVERYTHING was so yummy! 

E2 28-Day Challenge: Day 28

Breakfast: Rip's Big Bowl Cereal w/ oranges

Lunch: Kale, Tofu, Veggie Dog

Dinner: Kale, Tempeh

I did it! I made it through 28 days! I had some cheat days, but what can I say...I was celebrating Valentine's Day and my birthday! I had to cheat! he he he. 

Going through this 28-day cleanse was a pretty neat experience. I was able to learn about different options when cooking. Although at some points it was tough, I'm glad I did it!

Breakfast: Cereal 

Lunch: Left overs

Dinner: Vegan Wrap from Whole Foods

OMG, I can't wait for this to be done. I really want to be able to eat without REALLY REALLY thinking hard about it. 

E2 28-Day Challenge: Day 26

Breakfast: 1 apple 1 banana

Lunch: Udon, Oranges, Salad

Dinner: Hot Pot

OMG, 2 more days....I so want to give up now and have my french fries...but I need to suck it up for just 2 more days...I can do this! *rawr*

Breakfast: Banana

Lunch: Subway Veggie Sandwich w/ no cheese, no oil 

Snack: Acai Bowl 

Dinner: Kale Pasta

Dessert: E2 Approved Cookies...no dairy, no eggs, no oil! 

E2 28-Day Challenge: Day 24

Morning: Collard Greens, Grape Tomatoes, & Tempeh

Snack: Smoothie

Dinner: Quinoa and Natto. This was an early dinner at 4:30? LoL. 

My E2 blog posts are getting shorter and shorter. LoL...almost there though!

Breakfast: Fruits and Cereal

Lunch: Natto w/ Green Onions on Quinoa.

Dinner: Cheat day since friends decided to throw me a dinner party. 

E2 28-Day Challenge: Day 22

Breakfast: Left over pasta. 

Snack: Peanut butter, banana, honey sandwich thingy. 

Dessert: Peanut butter cookie, brownie, and a carrot ball. And yes...all E2 approved! 

Dinner:....yes, I ate dessert first. Kale Udon and Tofu Watercress.

E2 28-Day Challenge: Day 21

Breakfast: Rip's Big Bowl Cereal with Rice Milk

Lunch/Dinner: I made pasta with healthy-pasta...and boy those don't keep shape! It's actually suppose to be spiral pasta, but instead it looks like mush. LoL. 

Garlic, Onion, Carrots, Mushrooms, Kale, Tomatoes, Pasta.

A wasted cheat day....
